My goal is to provide both compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, & Strengths-Based Therapy to aid in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
